Georgetown College Davis-Reid Gymnasium and College Fitness Center Remodel

Chartered in 1829, Georgetown College is a private liberal arts college located in Georgetown, Kentucky with approx. 1,130 undergraduates in the 2025-2026 calendar year. The Grant made by the James A. and Martha R. Brown Charitable Foundation, in conjunction with the Austin E. Knowlton Foundation helped make possible a complete renovation of the Davis-Reid Alumni Gym, which is the oldest gymnasium where intercollegiate athletics are played; as well as the College Fitness Center which is now known as the James A. & Martha R. Brown Fitness Center.
