Marksbury Family Branch Library

The Marksbury Family Branch is Lexington Public Library’s newest library with over 30,000 square feet for children, adults, and families to learn, play and discover together. A true community center in one of Lexington’s most diverse neighborhoods, the library provides increased access to reading materials, educational programming, and free meeting spaces. Opened in March of 2024, the space includes large and small meeting and study rooms, a dedicated classroom, makerspace, outdoor reading area, expanded adult and children’s areas, and a drive thru window for picking up and dropping off books.
